Betsy Kelly Banchik is a Managing Partner of GiveProsperly, where she advises nonprofits, institutions, and event hosts on fundraising strategy, development, and auction execution. Her work is defined by her strategic thinking and creative direction, allowing her to operate seamlessly across both planning and performance.

Known for her ability to command a room, Betsy serves as lead auctioneer for select clients, bringing a disciplined, high-energy approach to live fundraising environments that consistently drives results. Her background in theater and law informs a communication style that is both compelling and controlled, balancing presence with purpose.

Prior to founding GiveProsperly, Betsy was a partner in the New York office of a national law firm, where she focused on complex litigation and risk management for high-profile clients across the United States and internationally. In addition to her legal practice, she was actively involved in business development and frequently invited to speak at national conferences.

Betsy holds a B.F.A. from the University of Mississippi and performed professionally with a regional Equity theatre company before earning her law degree. During law school, she served as Executive Editor of the law review and Chair of the moot court board, receiving national recognition for her oral advocacy.​
