Caroline Dean is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of GiveProsperly, where she advises nonprofit organizations on fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and development growth. Her work focuses on helping organizations strengthen fundraising programs, unlock new revenue opportunities, and build sustainable philanthropic support.

Caroline brings more than a decade of experience in major gifts and institutional development. Prior to founding GiveProsperly, she served as a Major Gift Officer for several large nonprofit organizations, including New York Cares and The ALS Association, where she managed multi-million-dollar donor portfolios and consistently helped organizations exceed annual fundraising goals.

Known for her strategic and data-driven approach to fundraising, Caroline works closely with nonprofit leaders to translate development strategy into practical execution—whether through development audits, donor strategy, grant programs, or high-impact fundraising events.

Caroline holds a Master of Public Administration from NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, where she focused on statistics and policy analysis, and a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University. She is certified in Salesforce and has extensive experience working with nonprofit fundraising databases and development systems.
