With over a decade of extensive experience in individual giving and institutional development, Caroline is a highly motivated and resourceful fundraiser, adept at utilizing data-driven decision making to achieve and surpass revenue targets. Possessing strong communication and writing skills, Caroline leverages forward-facing and research skill sets to drive donor engagement and institutional growth.

 

Prior to founding GiveProsperly, Caroline served as the Major Gift Officer for several large non-profit organizations, including New York Cares and The ALS Association of Greater New York, where she oversaw portfolios with multi-million dollar annual revenue targets. Despite her lean teams, these organizations regularly surpassed annual fundraising targets under Caroline's leadership.

 

Holding a Master of Public Administration from NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service with a focus on Statistics and Policy Analysis and a B.A. from Brown University, Caroline combines academic excellence with practical expertise. Additionally, certified in Salesforce and proficient in various fundraising databases and platforms, Caroline is well-equipped to manage complex development operations and contribute to the strategic growth of non-profit organizations.
